Apple Sidecar

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. Apple Brandy, Calvados, or Apple Jack
• 1 oz. Triple Sec
• 1 oz. Lemon or Lime Juice

Procedure:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice
2. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
