Fruit Chew

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 oz Melon Vodka
  • 1/4 oz Island Blue Pucker Schnapps
  • 1/4 oz Banana Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz Red Bull® Energy Drink

Procedure:

  1. Stir ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice
  2. Strain into a shot glass
  3. Serve

  3. Serve

Global Warmer

Ingredients:

  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 parts Basil Hayden's bourbon
  • 1/2 part triple sec
  • 1 1/2 parts lime sour mix
  • 1/2 part DeKuyper Tropical Mango

Procedure:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with mint leaf and a lime twist.

Flower Martini

Ingredients:

  • 1 - 1/2 oz. Plymouth Gin
  • 1/2 oz. apricot brandy
  • 1/4 oz. elderflower cordial
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. pressed apple juice

Procedure:

  1. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
  2. Garnish with an edible Flower.

Cranberry Tequila Salsa


Ingredients:


  • 4 oz silver tequila
  • 2 1/4 cups green onion, sliced
  • 1 3/4 cups jalapeno peppers, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp + t tsp dried cilantro
  • 2 tbsp + 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp + 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 6-pound 5-oz Ocean Spray while berry cranberry sauce

Procedure:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Serve at room temperature with nacho chips.
  3. Also can be served as a sauce with fajitas or poultry.

yields: 10 1/2 cups

Ruby Rita

Ingredients:

  • 35 ml tequila
  • 30 ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 20 ml cointreau

Procedure:

  1. Shake ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice into a tumbler
  2. Garnish with a salt rim and a slice of ruby grapefruit.

Nightcap

Ingredients:

  • 4 shots warm milk
  • 1 tsp sugar syrup
  • 2 shots dark rum

Procedure:

  1. Pour rum and syrup into a heated coffee mug
  2. Top off with milk and grated nutmeg

Envy Martini

Ingredients:

  • 15ml malibu
  • 15ml peach schnapps
  • 15ml cointreau
  • 15ml vodka
  • dash of midori

Procedure:

  1. mix malibu, peach schnapps, cointreau, vodka and ice then shake.
  2. strain into martini glass top with soda then add dash of midori to the side of the glass so it sets t the bottom of the glass creating two layers.

Killer Punch

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot vodka
  • 1 shot amaretto
  • 1 shot malibu
  • 1 glass cranberry juice

Procedure:

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with some ice cubes.
  2. Shake and serve

White Lily

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml white rum
  • 30 ml triple sec
  • 30 ml gin
  • 2 dashes anisette

Procedure:

  1. Combine all into a shaker
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Appletini

Ingredients:

  • 1 part apple juice
  • 1 Part Apple sourz
  • 2 Parts vodka
  • 1 Slice of Apple

Procedure:

  1. Serve in a chilled martini glass
  2. Garnish with apple slice

Sangrita

Ingredients:

  • 6 Tomato
  • 3 Oranges
  • 2 Limes
  • 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 dash(es) Salt
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 White Onion

Procedure:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate.

Sapphire French Martini Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 part(s) Pineapple Juice
  • 1 part(s) Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • Raspberry Liqueur

Procedure:

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini cocktail glass.
Drizzle with raspberry liqueur.

Salty Dog Collins

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Gin
  • 1 Lime (Juice of, fresh)
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt

Procedure:

Shake with ice and strain into a collins glass.

Hot Lick

Ingredients:


1 oz. Sambuca


Procedure:

Pour the sambuca into a shot glass and place in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
Carefully light the alcohol fumes. Blow out the flame and shoot.

Afterbirth

Ingredients:

1 part raspberry schnapps
1 part grenadine syrup
1 part Bailey's® Irish cream

Procedure:

Mix schnapps and grenadine.
Add Bailey's last.
Wait until the Bailey's curdles then shoot.

Teqounic

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz tequila
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
  • Fill tonic water

Procedure:

Pour tequila over ice cubes in an old fashioned glass.
Add juice, fill with tonic water and stir.

Golden Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz gin
  • juice of 1 lemon or lime
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • carbonated water

Procedure:

In a shaker with ice, drop egg yolk.
Add gin, sugar and juice.
Shake 30 times.
Strain into a highball glass and add carbonated water.
Drink immediately.

Shamrock

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp green creme de menthe
  • 1/2 oz French vermouth
  • 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey

Procedure:

Stir well with cracked ice and strain into 3-ounce cocktail glass.
Serve with an olive.

Satan's Blood

Ingredients

  • 1 Part Jagermeister
  • 1 Part Goldschlager
  • 1 Part Irish Whiskey
  • 1 Part Jack Daniel's

Procedure

Layer all 4 ingredients in shot glass.
In this order: Jagermeister, Goldschlager, Jameson's and Jack Daniels

Beast Juice

Ingredients:

* 2 oz White Rum
* 4 oz Chilled Mountain dew® Code Red Soda
* 4 oz Chilled Red Bull® Energy Drink

Procedure:

* Stir together in a highball glass, and serve

Bazooka Bomber

Ingredients:

1/2 oz Banana Cream
1/2 oz triple sec
1 dash grenadine syrup

Procedure:

Pour Banana Cream, triple sec and grenadine over ice in an old-fashioned glass or tumbler, and serve.

Balearic Coffee

Ingredients:

* 1/2 oz Frigola® Herbal Liqueur
* 5 oz Hot Black Coffee
* 1 1/2 oz Whipped Cream
* 1 tsp Sugar

Procedures:

* Add coffee and liquor to an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste
* Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with nutmeg
