Agent Orange
Ingredients:
1 oz Yukon Jack® Canadian whisky
1 oz Jim Beam® bourbon whiskey
1 oz apple schnapps
1 oz vodka
1 oz light rum
1 oz triple sec
1/2 oz grenadine syrup
2 oz orange juice
Procedure:
Fill hurricane glass with ice.
Add ingredients, and shake.
Garnish with cherry and orange.

1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1 splash grenadine syrup
Procedure:
Pour the creme de cacao into a shot glass.
Layer the amaretto and then the bailey's to create a 3 layer drink.
Insert a toothpick to the bottom of the shot glass and dribble some grenadine so it floats in the bottom of the glass.

Blue Balalaika
Ingredients:
Procedure:
- 2/3 oz vodka
- 2/3 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
- 2/3 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
- 2/3 oz fresh lemon juice
Procedure:
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake and strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.
Tropical Coffee
Ingredients:
Procedure:
- 1 oz gold rum
- 5 oz hot black coffee
- 1 1/2 oz whipped cream
- 1 tsp sugar
Procedure:
- Pour gold rum and coffee into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste.
- Gently float cream on top, sprinkle wth cinnamon, and serve.

- 1 (1.5 fluid oz) jigger Tennessee whiskey
- 2 fluid oz apple juice
DIRECTIONS
- Pour whiskey into a wide shot glass.
- Top with apple juice.

Peaches and Cream
Ingredients:
Procedure:
- 2 oz. Peach Schnapps or Peach Brandy
- 1 oz. Cream
Procedure:
- Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.
Blood Hound
Ingredients:
Procedure:
- 1 1/2oz. Vodka or Gin
- 1 Dash Sweet Vermouth
- 1 Dash Dry Vermouth
Procedure:
- Combine in a mixing glass with ice.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
- Swirl ingredients gently and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Procedure:
Pour the cinnamon schnapps into a shot glass and add a dash of Tabasco.
