Melon Baller

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P
  • ¾ cup of fresh watermelon
  • ¾ oz simple syrup, ice.

Procedure:

  1. Muddle and strain watermelon.
  2. Add watermelon juice with simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add Rémy Martin V.S.O.P and ice.
  4. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.

Orangecello Champagne

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Gold Rum
  • 1/2 cup Caravella Orangecello
  • 1 bottle Champagne
  • 2/3 cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/3 cup Superfine Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Mango Juice
  • Mango for garnish

Procedure:
  1. Combine sugar and lime juice in large pitcher, stir to disolve.
  2. Add rum, Orangecello and mango juice.

Brandy Cassis

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz. Brandy
  • 1/2 oz. Crème de Cassis
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Lemon Twist

Procedure:

  1. Combine the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with the lemon twist.

Aphrodisiac

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P
  • 4-5 fresh strawberries
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • ¼ oz fresh pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz pressed apple juice
  • ice
  • sliced strawberries (garnish)

Procedure:

  1. Muddle and strain 4-5 strawberries.
  2. Add strawberry juice with pomegranate juice, pressed apple juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add Rémy Martin V.S.O.P and ice.
  4. Shake well and strain into an ice- and sliced strawberry- filled high ball glass.

Emerald Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Green Crème de Menthe
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Green Maraschino Cherry

Procedure:

  1. Add the gin, crème de menthe and bitters in a shaker filled with ice and stir.
  2. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the green maraschino cherry.

Mad Berry

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Raspberry vodka
  • 1/2 oz. apple juice
  • 1/2 oz. fruit punch gatorade

Procedure:

  1. Combine in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Serve with a cherry, and whipped cream around the glass.
  4. Or rim the glass with sugar if desired.

Canasta Punch

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle Southern Comfort,
  • 16 oz. can Grapefruit juice,
  • 8 jiggers Lemon juice,
  • 2 qts 7-Up

Procedure:
  1. Mix the ingredients in a punch bowl
  2. Serve cold; chill with ice; decorate with cherries, orange and lemon slices

Knock Out

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz Scotch whiskey
  • 1/2 oz French vermouth
  • 1/2 oz Italian vermouth
  • 1 tbsp grenadine
  • ice

Procedure:

  1. In a mixing glass with ice, stir well from the bottom.
  2. Strain and serve in a cocktail glass.
