Brandy Cassis

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz. Brandy
  • 1/2 oz. Crème de Cassis
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Lemon Twist

Procedure:

  1. Combine the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with the lemon twist.
