Silver Fizz

2 oz gin
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 egg, white only
fill carbonated water
ice

In a shaker filled with ice combine sugar, egg white and juices. Add gin and shake with cracked ice. Strain into 8 ounce glass. Fill with carbonated water and serve.
