Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 ripe medium banana
3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup skim milk
Pinch of cinnamon
1/2 cup crushed ice

Procedure:

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Yields: 1 Serving
