Mango Punch

Ingredients:


  • 2 c sugar
  • 1/4 c white rum
  • 1 doz ripe mangos
  • 3 qt water

Procedure:

  1. Wash mangos and peel, rub through sieve.
  2. Add water and bring to quick boil.
  3. Simmer for about 1/2 hour.
  4. Allow to cool, then add rum and sweeten.
  5. Serve chilled.
