Gin Rickey

Ingredients:

• 2 oz gin
• Lime Juice
• 8 oz carbonated water

Procedure:

1. Put ice in a mixing glass, combine gin and lime juice. Stir.
2. Strain into tall glass and add chilled carbonated water.
   

Champagne Caribbean

Ingredients:

• 4 oz. Chilled Dry Champagne
  
• 1/2 tsp. White Rum
• 1/2 tsp. Creme de Banana
• dash Orange Bitters

Procedure:

Add the Rum, Creme de Banana and bitter together in a chilled champagne glass. Fill with with the champagne.

Love Appletini

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. Ginger Vodka
• 1 1/2 oz. Apple Pucker
• 3 oz. Apple juice

Procedure:

1. Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
2. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an apple slice.

Velvet Black

Ingredients:

• 5 oz chilled Guinness
• 1 ½ oz chilled Champagne

Procedure:

1. Pour Guinness into champagne flute.
   
2. Add champagne carefully, so it does not mix with Guinness, and serve.

Rocket Fuel

Ingredients:

• 1/2 oz. Rumple Minz or Peppermint Schnapps
• 1/2 oz. Bacardi 151 Rum

Procedure:

1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.
2. Stir and strain into a shot glass.

Berry Apple Crush

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Apple Barrel Schnapps
• 1 oz Razzmataz (Raspberry Schnapps) -OR- Blackhaus
• 1 Cup of Ice

Procedure:

1. Fill blender with Liquors and ice, top off with Cranberry and Orange Juice.
2. Blend until ice is crushed and almost smooth.
3. Garnish rim of glass with sugar and add an apple slice and raspberry.

Nut Stinger

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Amaretto
• 1/2 oz. White Creme de Menthe

Procedure:

1. Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.

Godmother

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
• 1/2 oz. Amaretto

Procedure:

1. Combine in a rocks glass with ice
