Daisy Whisky

Ingredients:
  • 10 oz Wild Turkey bourbon
  • 1 1/4 oz grenadine
  • 2.5 oz lemon juice
  • 10 oz Perrier sparkling natural mineral water
Procedure:
  1. In a 16 oz mixing glass half filled with ice combine grenadine, lemon juice and bourbon.
  2. Stir. Strain 3 oz into old fashioned glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with sparkling water. Serves four.

Sour Tequila

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz tequila
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar

Procedure:
  1. Shake well with cracked ice and strain into 6 ounce sour glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Decorate with a slice of lemon and a cherry.

Melon Cocktail

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. (4.5 cl) Gin
  • 0.75 oz. (22.5 ml) Melon liqueur
  • 0.5 oz. (15 ml) Triple Sec
  • 0.5 oz. (15 ml) Lemon Juice
Directions:

Mix with cracked ice strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Southern Punch

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz. Southern Comfort,
  • 1/2 oz. Jack Daniel's,
  • 3 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix,
  • 3-4 dashes Pineapple juice,
  • 1/3 oz. Grenadine

Procedure:

  1. Fill tall glass with ice.
  2. Shake all ingredients and pour over ice

Imperial Cocktail

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 oz gin
  • 1 1/4 oz French vermouth
  • 1/4 tsp maraschino
  • 1 dash bitters
  • cherry
  • ice
Procedure:
  1. Stir well with cracked ice and strain into 3 ounce cocktail glass.
  2. Serve with a cherry.

Double Intention

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
  • 1/2 oz Creme de Cacao
  • 1/2 oz Midori melon liqueur
  • 4 oz Half-and-half
  • 1/4 oz Grenadine

Procedure:

  1. Blend all the ingredients apart from the Grenadine.
  2. Pour that on top of the drink when its in the glass.

Cherry Garden


Ingredients:


1 1/2 shot Light rum
1 shot white Creme de Cacao
1 1/2 shot Cherry brandy
Cream
2/3 glass crushed Ice
1 dash Grenadine
1 Cherry

Procedure:

  • Pour all spirits into cocktail shaker and add cream.
  • Mix gently.
  • Fill glass 2/3 with ice.
  • Pour contents of shaker into glass over the ice.
  • Gently dash grenadine into glass.
  • Garnish with speared cherry.
