Daisy Whisky

Ingredients:
  • 10 oz Wild Turkey bourbon
  • 1 1/4 oz grenadine
  • 2.5 oz lemon juice
  • 10 oz Perrier sparkling natural mineral water
Procedure:
  1. In a 16 oz mixing glass half filled with ice combine grenadine, lemon juice and bourbon.
  2. Stir. Strain 3 oz into old fashioned glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with sparkling water. Serves four.

Sour Tequila

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz tequila
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar

Procedure:
  1. Shake well with cracked ice and strain into 6 ounce sour glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Decorate with a slice of lemon and a cherry.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. (4.5 cl) Gin
  • 0.75 oz. (22.5 ml) Melon liqueur
  • 0.5 oz. (15 ml) Triple Sec

Directions:

Mix with cracked ice strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz. Southern Comfort,
  • 1/2 oz. Jack Daniel's,
  • 3 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix,
  • 3-4 dashes Pineapple juice,

  2. Shake all ingredients and pour over ice

Double Intention

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
  • 1/2 oz Creme de Cacao
  • 1/2 oz Midori melon liqueur
  • 4 oz Half-and-half
  • 1/4 oz Grenadine

Procedure:

  1. Blend all the ingredients apart from the Grenadine.
  2. Pour that on top of the drink when its in the glass.

Cherry Garden


Ingredients:


1 1/2 shot Light rum
1 shot white Creme de Cacao
1 1/2 shot Cherry brandy
Cream
2/3 glass crushed Ice
1 dash Grenadine
1 Cherry

Procedure:

  • Pour all spirits into cocktail shaker and add cream.
  • Mix gently.
  • Fill glass 2/3 with ice.
  • Pour contents of shaker into glass over the ice.
  • Gently dash grenadine into glass.
  • Garnish with speared cherry.

Brain Candy

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Alizé
  • 1 oz Malibu rum
  • 1 part Orange juice
  • 1 part Pineapple juice
  • 1 splash Grenadine
  • 1 splash Ginger ale

Procedure:

  1. Shake alcohols and juices.
  2. Add to glass with ice.
  3. Pour grenadine and ginger ale on top.
  4. Garnish with cherry and orange wheel.

  • part Cranberry juice
  • 1 part Pineapple juice

First, add cubed ice, then add the three parts stoli
Then add the pineapple juice and the cranberry juice for color.

Sane Aladdin

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Absolut Citron
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
  • 1/4 cup Fruit punch

Procedure:

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker 3/4 filled with ice.
  2. Shake, allow to chill for 5 minutes
  3. Re-shake, and pour into a martini glass.

Brandy Amanda

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Cognac
  • 1 1/2 oz. Apricot Brandy
  • 3 oz. Lemon Lime Soda
  • 1 Lemon wedge

Procedure:

  1. Shake brandy and cognac in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Strain into an old fashioned glass.
  3. Add lemon-lime soda, stir and garnish with the lemon wedge and serve.

Mikado

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Brandy
  • 1/4 oz. Creme de Noyeaux
  • 1/4 oz. Triple Sec
  • 1/4 oz. Grenadine
  • Dash Angostura Bitters

Procedure:

  1. Combine everything in a shaker with ice.
  2. Mix well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or an old fashioned glass filled with ice.

Flirty Martini


INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 pieces fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 3 oz Champagne
  • maraschino cherry for garnish

PROCEDURE:

  1. Muddle the pineapple pieces and Cointreau in the bottom of a mixing glass.
  2. Add the vodka and pineapple juice.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Top with Champagne.
  6. Garnish with the maraschino cherry.

Green Swizzle

Ingredients:

  • 1 lime
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 oz carbonated water
  • fill shaved ice
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • 2 oz rum
  • 1 tbsp green creme de menthe
  • fill carbonated water
  • swizzle stick

Procedure:

  1. In a 12 ounce Tom Collins glass, squeeze juice of lime.
  2. Add sugar and carbonated water and stir.
  3. Fill glass with shaved ice and stir thoroughly with swizzle stick.
  4. Add bitters, creme de menthe and rum.
  5. Fill with carbonated water and serve with swizzle stick

Yield: 1 12 ounce serving.)

Spicy Vodka

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 1/2 oz Vodka
  • dash of jalapeno juice
  • jalapeno pepper for garnish

PROCEDURE:

  1. Pour the vodka and jalapeño juice into a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Shake well
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  4. Drop a whole jalapeño pepper as garnish

Lone Tree Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz French vermouth
  • 2 oz carbonated water
  • 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
  • fill cracked ice
  • fill carbonated water or ginger ale
  • spiral of orange peel
  • spiral of lemon peel

Procedure:

  1. In a 12 ounce Tom Collins glass combine powdered sugar and 2 oz carbonated water. Stir.
  2. Fill glass with cracked ice and add gin and vermouth.
  3. Top with carbonated water or ginger ale.
  4. Insert spiral of orange or lemon (or both) and dangle end over rim of glass.
