Irish Gold

Ingredients:

1/2 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1/2 oz Goldschlager® cinnamon schnapps

Procedure:

Mix half an ounce of Goldshlager with half an ounce of Bailey's Irish cream
Pour in a regular shot glass and stir

Fiery Kiss

Ingredients:

Honey
1 oz red cinnamon schnapps


Procedure:


Coat rim of shot glass with Honey then
Pour Red Cinnamon Schnapps(HOT DAMN)

Agent Orange

Ingredients:

1 oz Yukon Jack® Canadian whisky
1 oz Jim Beam® bourbon whiskey
1 oz apple schnapps
1 oz vodka
1 oz light rum
1 oz triple sec
1/2 oz grenadine syrup
2 oz orange juice

Procedure:

Fill hurricane glass with ice.
Add ingredients, and shake.
Garnish with cherry and orange.

Abortion

Ingredients:

1 oz white creme de cacao
1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1 splash grenadine syrup

Procedure:

Pour the creme de cacao into a shot glass.
Layer the amaretto and then the bailey's to create a 3 layer drink.
Insert a toothpick to the bottom of the shot glass and dribble some grenadine so it floats in the bottom of the glass.

Blue Balalaika

Ingredients:

• 2/3 oz vodka
• 2/3 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
• 2/3 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
• 2/3 oz fresh lemon juice

Procedure:

• Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
• Shake and strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.

Tropical Coffee

Ingredients:

• 1 oz gold rum
• 5 oz hot black coffee
• 1 1/2 oz whipped cream
• 1 tsp sugar

Procedure:

• Pour gold rum and coffee into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste.
• Gently float cream on top, sprinkle wth cinnamon, and serve.

Apple Jack

INGREDIENTS

• 1 (1.5 fluid oz) jigger Tennessee whiskey
• 2 fluid oz apple juice

DIRECTIONS

• Pour whiskey into a wide shot glass.
• Top with apple juice.

Peaches and Cream

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Peach Schnapps or Peach Brandy
• 1 oz. Cream

Procedure:

• Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
• Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.

Blood Hound

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2oz. Vodka or Gin
• 1 Dash Sweet Vermouth
• 1 Dash Dry Vermouth

Procedure:

• Combine in a mixing glass with ice.
• Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
• Swirl ingredients gently and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Fireball

Ingredients:

2 oz. Cinnamon Schnapps
Dash Tabasco

Procedure:

Pour the cinnamon schnapps into a shot glass and add a dash of Tabasco.

Shady Lady

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
• 1/2 oz. Melon Liqueur

Procedure:

• Combine in a Collins or Highball glass with ice
• Fill with Grapefruit Juice
• Stir Well

Chriser Rose

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Tequilla
• Sparkling Apple Juice

Procedure:

• Pour Tequila into a tall glass filled with ice.
